Reverse Transcriptase Selection Guide

Epicentre’s Reverse Transcriptases (see Table below) include MMLV High Performance RT, MonsterScript™ RT, and EpiScript™ RT. MMLV High Performance RT demonstrates significantly greater activity than other commercially available MMLV RT enzymes. MonsterScript RT has the ability to make longer cDNAs and more complete full-length libraries of first-strand cDNA molecules compared to other reverse transcriptases. EpiScript RT, an alternative to SuperScript® II RT, demonstrates more activity than other MMLV RT enzymes.
