PerfeCTa qPCR FastMix, UNG, Low ROX
PerfeCTa® qPCR FastMix™, Low ROX™ is a 2X concentrated, ready-to-use reaction cocktail containing all components except primers, probe and template for real-time quantitative PCR for real-time quantitative PCR on Applied Biosystems 7000, 7300, 7700, or 7900 instruments. Quanta FastMixes™ include buffers and stabilizers optimized for maximum PCR efficiency, reproducibility and sensitivity with TaqMan® and TaqMan® MGB probe chemistries. A key component of PerfeCTa® qPCR FastMix™, Low ROX™ is our AccuFast™ Taq DNA polymerase that enables instant activation and rapid polymerization kinetics. Upon heat activation (20 seconds at 95°C), the antibodies irreversiblydenature releasing fully active, unmodified Taq DNA polymerase. This promotes specific and efficient primer extension with the convenience of room temperature reaction assembly. PerfeCTa® qPCR FastMix™, Low ROX™delivers maximum PCR efficiency, sensitivity, specificity, and robust fluorescent signal with either Fast or conventional cycling conditions

Storage conditions
PerfeCTa™ qPCR FastMix™, Low ROX is stable for 1 year when stored in a constant temperature freezer at -20°C. For convenience, it may be stored unfrozen at +2 to +8°C for up to 6 months. After thawing, mix thoroughly before using. Repeated freezing and thawing of the supermix is not recommended. However, the product demonstrated no loss of performance after 20 freeze-thaw cycles or 2 months at +20°C.
