Accel-Amplicon™ Plus 57G Pan-Cancer Profiling Panel

The Accel-Amplicon Plus 57G Pan-Cancer Profiling Panel is a great starting point for any cancer sequencing project. Either leverage the pre-validated content “as is” to profile your samples with known genes or add your additional targets to fit your research needs. Now you can simultaneously interrogate genes implicated in over 20 cancers in one fast, easy single-tube assay.

The 57G Pan-Cancer Panel builds off our previous 56G Oncology Panel, yet it offers much more. At its core, the panel offers comprehensive and hotspot coverage of 57 clinically-relevant oncology-related genes implicated in both solid tumors and hematological cancers. Yet it is flexible too, allowing you to stack modules of content to achieve your most optimal design. Either choose from our pre-validated content, such as BRCA1, BRCA2, EGFR, etc. or add your own targets. We’ll work alongside you to design your assay and then we will optimize and wet-bench validate its performance before shipping to you.

Comprehensive: Contains pre-validated content spanning over 16,000 COSMIC and 6,000 ClinVar mutations found in more than 20 common cancers.

Informative: Provides CNV detection in the ERBB2 gene and full exon coverage of TP53 with flanking intron/exon boundaries.

Analytical: Includes 104 exonic and gender markers to track samples, detect contamination and validate tumor/normal pairs.

Quality: Includes 104 exonic and gender markers to track samples, detect contamination and validate tumor/normal pairs.

Flexible: Add your own targets using our pre-validated primers or others content. The possibilities are endless.

Other key features include:

  • Robust performance on cell-free DNA and FFPE samples starting with as little as 10 ng input.
  • Easy, single-tube assay with ready- to-sequence libraries in 2 hours.
  • Streamlined analysis with new bioinformatics tool called Primerclip or complete data analysis software through Genialis Platform.
  • Compatible with all Illumina sequencers

Workflow:

The Accel-Amplicon workflow uses a fast, single-tube approach consisting of a 90-minute target enrichment amplification step and a 10-minute adapter ligation step, yielding a 2-hour start-to-finish procedure.

The single-tube workflow includes two brief incubations to generate the multiplex amplicon targets and add a unique combination of Illumina-compatible indexed adapters, creating up to 96 uniquely-indexed libraries for multiplexing on a single sequencing run.
