Quanta BioSciences introduces the first One-Step qRT-PCR kits that overcome challenges of using MGB TaqMan probes for highly sensitive detection and quantification of RNA targets. qScript™One Step Fast MGB qRT-PCR kits set a new standard for high efficiency qRT-PCR results with a significantly faster cycling protocol for increased productivity. qScript™One-Step Fast MGB qRT-PCR Kits have been specifically optimized to provide exceptional qRT-PCR efficiency and sensitivity with TaqMan-MGB probes, such as TaqMan Gene Expression Assays from Applied Biosystems. Rapid cDNA synthesis and PCR kinetics deliver high performance qRT-PCR results in as little as 38 minutes. These kit are suitable for use in duplexed one-step qRT-PCR with VIC™-MGB labeled TaqMan Endogenous Controls,and other TaqMan MGB probes These kits are provided in 4X concentrated SuperMix format to enable analysis of higher volume of samples containing low abundance targets such as viral RNA.

Storage conditions

Kit components are stable for one year when stored in a constant temperature freezer at -20°C. For convenience, the One-Step Master Mix may be stored unfrozen at +2 to +8°C for up to 6 months. Repeated freezing and thawing of the reaction mix is not recommended.
